What are ‘My favourites’?

Browse Snap and save venues you like to your favourites for quick and easy access when booking. To save a venue to your favourites, simply click on the heart icon when browsing a venue’s profile. Once selected, your saved venues will be added to your favourites. Click on the venue profile to view their service list and book an appointment. Click the heart icon to remove a venue from your favourites.

How do I book an appointment online?

Once you’ve created an account, you can start browsing and booking appointments for your favourite services with beauty and wellness professionals in your area.

To book an appointment online:

1. Find your service: Use the search bar to find a business type, service or venue you’d like to book with.
2. Select your service: Click on the venue to view their profile and see what discounts they have available.
3. Choose your appointment type: Once you've selected your desired service, you'll be presented with different appointment types or packages. Choose the one that suits your needs.
4. Select your preferred employee: A drop-down list with the employees that provide that service will appear. Click on the employee you want.
5. Set the Date and Time: Click the Treatment button on the bottom of the page and choose the Date and Time of your appointment. Click Save Changes.
6. Continue and make Payment: Choose a card or add a new one by clicking on +Add new card. Click
7. Coupons and Discounts: If you want to use your points enter the number of points you want to use and click Apply Discount.
8. Click Checkout.
9. Confirmation: Once confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation to your registered email address.

How do I manage my appointments?

It’s really easy to manage and make changes to your appointments from your Snap account.

Cancel an appointment

1. Go to Profile and Click on My appointments to view any past or upcoming appointments you have.
2. Select the appointment you’re looking to cancel.
3. Click Cancel and Confirm to confirm. Depending on the venue’s cancellation policy, you may be charged a fee.

Reschedule an appointment

1. Go to Profile and Click on My appointments to view any past or upcoming appointments you have.
2. Select the appointment you’re looking to cancel.
3. Click Change and select the time and date you’d like to reschedule to, and Save Changes. Depending on the venue’s late cancellation policy, you may be charged a fee.

Once confirmed, the appointment will be automatically updated under My appointments and you’ll receive a notification confirming the changes to your booking. 

How can I invite my favourite wellness venue to join the app?

Inviting your favourite wellness venue to join snap is quick and easy. Here's how you can do it:

• Step 1 - Click "Invite New Venue" field, which is available in your home page when you open the app.
• Step 2 - You'll be prompted to enter the name and phone number of your preferred wellness venue. Provide accurate and complete information.
• Step 3 - After entering the venue's information, simply hit the "Invite" button. The invitation will be automatically sent to the venue you've chosen.
• Step 4 - Wait for venue acceptance.
• Step 5 - Once the venue accepts the invitation, they will follow the provided steps to register and become a part of snap. 

By following these steps, you can easily invite your favourite wellness venue to join snap and enhance your booking experience with them through the app.

How can I participate in the competition?

Participating in the competition is a straightforward process. Here's how you can get involved: 

• Download The Beta Version: Start by downloading the beta version of the app.
• Invite Your Favourite Service Provider: Invite your preferred service provider to join the app by sending them an invitation. Make sure they receive and accept the invitation.
• Book an Appointment: Once your favourite service is on board, you can select them and book an appointment for a wellness service of your choice.
• Share Your Feedback: After your appointment, we'll send you a short questionnaire to gather your valuable feedback on your experience.

How will I know if my favourite wellness venue has accept the invitation and is ready for bookings?

Your favourite venue will appear on your dashboard in the "My Venues" section, allowing you to easily access and book their services. This clear and convenient feature ensures you're always in the know and can seamlessly engage with your preferred wellness venues.
