Once you’ve created your Snap account and set your staff working hours and availability, you can start adding bookings to your calendar.
To manually add a new booking simply follow the steps below:
- Begin by navigating to the "Bookings" section within your snap account.
- At the top right corner, locate and click on the "Add New Booking" button.
- In the window that appears, choose whether to select an existing client or create a new one.
- Existing Client: Choose from your list of existing clients.
- New Client: If creating a new client, add all the necessary details such as name, last name, email, and phone number.
- Fill in the details for the booking:
- Date and Time: Specify the date and time for the booking.
- Service and Employee: Choose the service and employee for the booking.
- Comments: Optionally, add any additional comments or special requests.
- Once you've entered all the necessary details, click "Save" to confirm the booking.
By following these steps, you'll effectively add a new booking to your Snap account, ensuring accurate scheduling and seamless customer service.
