The manage bookings page is where you can find all of your upcoming bookings in the form of a list
To manage your existing bookings simply follow the steps below:
- Begin by navigating to the "Bookings" section within your snap account.
- At the top right corner, locate and click on the "Manage Bookings" option.
- Browse through the list of bookings to find the one you wish to manage.
- Once you've located the booking, click on the "Edit" button situated to the right of it.
- In the editing window, you can make changes such as adjusting the time, date, service, or employee associated with the booking.
- After making the necessary adjustments, click "Save" to confirm the changes.
By following these steps, you'll effectively manage your existing bookings on Snap, ensuring accurate scheduling and seamless customer service.
